Gateway Academy Parking Pass Rules

Driving to school is a privilege, and the violation of any of the expectations below may result in a revoked parking pass.

General Guidelines:

  • Parking is first-come, first-served; a space is not guaranteed.

  • All student drivers must apply for a parking pass.

  • A parking sticker will be issued and must be displayed on the rear windshield at all times.

  • Stickers are non-transferable.

  • Students must park in the designated Gateway Academy area.

Behavior and Safety:

  • Students may not loiter in the parking lot before or after school and are expected to enter the building immediately upon arrival.

  • Student vehicles are subject to search at the discretion of school administration.

  • Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, vapes, firearms, weapons, or other contraband are strictly prohibited; violations may result in disciplinary action.

  • Forsyth County Schools are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or their contents. Students park at their own risk.

  • Inappropriate behavior in the parking lot, including speeding or reckless driving, may result in loss of parking privileges.

  • Students may not return to their cars during the school day without administrative approval.

  • Transporting other students off campus is not allowed unless both sets of parents have provided written permission to Gateway Academy Administration.

By following these rules, students help maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly campus environment.
